This is a great tool we have developed over several years and tons of interviews to help you keep candidates organized.

We have found that filling one of these forms out per candidate immediately after each interview to be extremely helpful in keeping track of vital information while it is still fresh in your mind.

We do NOT recommend filling it out while the candidate is sitting in front of you.
